In reply to your Despatch No. 183 of the 20th June, I have the honour to transmit for your information, 10 copies of a Government Notification in the Gazette publishing the Rules with regard to the grant of the privilege of free Medical attendance to Officers of the Hongkong Civil Service.
2. These Rules will be embodied in the volume of General Orders now under preparation and referred to in your Despatch No. 79 of the 14th March last.
